Can I grill on it, or is it just a fire pit?

Both. Drop in the included stainless grilling grate and sear over charcoal or wood. Lift it out and Ferro is a pure fire bowl for warmth and ambience.

Is it really lower smoke?

The double-wall body pulls air in through the base and feeds the fire from every side, so it burns cleaner and hotter with noticeably less smoke. It's still an open fire — we don't promise "zero smoke." Burn dry, seasoned wood or charcoal for the best result.

How does it pack down?

The sections nest inside each other, dropping the height from 15.4 in down to about 8.5 in, and the whole thing slides into the included padded carry bag — easy to store or take to the campsite.

Is it real stainless steel?

Yes — brushed stainless steel, not a painted or coated finish. It resists rust, takes the heat year after year, and wipes clean. The brushed grain is the real material, not a coating that chips.

Does it come with everything I need?
